Each class has approximately twelve one-hour lessons which are viewed on the Trilogy website. Required reading and testing assignments complement the lessons and are graded. Satisfactory completion of assignments is a course requirement. Additionally, most classes require participation in a class discussion board. Participation is evaluated and factored into the student’s overall grade for the class. Trilogy runs on a five-month semester schedule, the first starting in mid January and the second in mid July. Lessons and assignments will be made available on the website during the semester in a manner that allows for self-paced study. Blogs associated with a particular lesson will be accessible on a predetermined schedule, allowing students to participate and interact as a group in the discussion board.
